Who We Are

A co-ed fraternal organization comprised of students from MIT, Harvard University, Tufts University, Lesley University, Wellesley College, Salem State College, Endicott College, Gordon College, and Gorden Conwell Theological Seminary. The purpose of our company is to achieve and maintain the highest levels of technical and tactical proficiency, military professionalism, and leadership. We achieve this through study, intense training, and drilling in small unit infantry tactics.

Our Mission

  • To understand and exhibit the six traits of a Pershing Rifleman represented by the stripes on the membership ribbon: Devotion to duty and country, a bold and true heart, readiness to meet any situation, leadership, military proficiency, scholarship.
  • To achieve and maintain superior standards of physical fitness and endurance.
  • To understand and appreciate the company's Airborne Tradition.
  • To foster a spirit of camaradarie among cadets and midshipmen in the Reserve Officer Training Corps and civilians on campus.
