F-27 - Credit Customer for Payroll Deduction


You use the credit memo document entry for this process. For Accounts Receivable we need to debit the internal order 1095000 and credit the customer who had a payroll deduction. This is accomplished through the following steps:
  1. Get started (SAP menu path, fast path)
  2. Enter customer credit memo: header data
  3. Enter invoice: add customer item
  4. Enter invoice: add G/L account item
  5. Clear customer account

Note: The payroll department will send you, via a feed, the Journal Voucher information on crediting account 422172 (which is attached to the internal order 1095000 and relates to the account 101225, A/R clearing). The debit side of the entry is known by the Payroll office.

    Order (internal order = 1095000)

  2. Click on to see an overview of the line item transactions.

  3. to POST
    A message appears stating document was posted.

    Note: Press to override a warning, for example when the credit memo dollar amount is large.

5. Clear customer account
