QuickLook Preferences

The QuickLook Preferences screen displays when you click on "QL Preferences" on the QuickLook summary window.

Options available include:

• Account flag options
  Flag accounts in the QuickLook summary window based on remaining dollars, expiration date, or a comparison between monthly actuals and budgets. The sample screen flags accounts with less than $50,000 remaining.
• Forecast options
  Use custom budget overrides, custom chart overrides, or CAO's PO commitments when forecasting future spending with the QuickLook detail report.
• Processing options
  Select to display the QuickLook summary window at startup; and use custom chart overrides in calculating the QuickLook summary.
• Report options
  Before running QuickLook detail report, select whether to forecast future spending or include "daily data" (data from the month-in-progress).
• Search options
  Select the default number of detail history months to search for PO information.
