Special Reports

This popup menu is available to users with department-wide access to accounts data. The special reports, which run on your authorized accounts, are described below:

• Underrecovery

  The underrecovery reports display underrecovery "budgets" and actuals (object codes 961, 940 and their difference). The reports run by department, research sponsor, underrecovery type, or account.

• Fund account MTDC

  The fund account MTDC reports show the impact of calculating fund account indirect costs based on MTDC rather than salary plus EB. The reports run by department, sponsor, and label. For report purposes, you can forgive indirect costs selectively and change the MTDC rate applied.

• RA/TA tuition impact

  The RA/TA tuition impact study report shows the impact of charging RA/TA tuition directly to the RA/TA's salary distribution accounts. The reports run by department or sponsor. For report purposes, you can change the percent of tuition to charge by this method.
