Membership

  1. Any member of the MIT community is eligible to be a member of the LCS. A person is considered a member of the club if he or she has attended at least one club activity in a term and has informed the Secretary of his or her wish to be considered a member.

  2. The membership of the LCS will at all times contain at least 5 MIT students and be more than half MIT students.

  3. The organization will not discriminate based on any characteristic listed in MIT's Nondiscrimination statement, nor on a preference for dark, milk, or white chocolate.

  4. If this organization charges monetary dues or event fees at any time, there will be exceptions made for students who cannot afford such dues or fees.
