Research

The Convergence Products Research Lab is a group of multidisciplinary scientists, engineers, and medical practitioners with the common goal of making implantable clinical devices for early detection of disease markers (diagnostics) and for local delivery of drugs for disease treatment (therapeutics). We currently have graduate students who are in several different departments, including materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, and the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology (HST) program.
