A national conference on race and new media technologies: Friday, April 27, through Sunday, April 29, 2001.
Agenda

Why?
The conference will serve as a touchstone for thinking critically about race in digital environments and focusing conversation not only on where we have been and are, but where we need to go and how we might get there. The conference will also mark the launch of a year-long exploration continuing online and culminating in a second conference at the University of Southern California in 2002.
