Describe your concept:
- Describe the product families in a way that allows others to understand the technological and business opportunity .
- Describe the product architecture and the product variety enabled by the architecture
- Describe why this technological development is necessary and how it will be used by the customer
Analyze your concept:
- Explain why the technological development is feasible now and why it is doable in the context of the class
- What are the key product risks
- What are the key business risks
Present your concepts:
- Briefly describe the three ideas (one slide each)
- For one idea prepare a detailed presentation. The time limit will be set based on the size of the class.
