    Watch for ABIYI FORD Sunday July 12, 1998 at 3 pm. Ethiopian filmmaker,
    scholar and professor of film at Howard University, talks about documentary
    filmmaking in Africa. The discussion focuses on the 1986 filmmaking
    collaboration between Howard University Department of Radio, Television and
    Film in Washington, D.C. and the now defunct INAFEC, l'Institut Africain
    d'Education Cinematographique of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
