    One other festival for your list:
    Mill Valley Film Festival's dates this year are October 1--11. Deadline is
    past for shorts, videos, and docs, but we're still considering features,
    especially premieres. Filmmakers should call our office ASAP if they have
    something they'd like to submit.
    And, as ever, we're very interested in African cinema.
