    Thanks for all the information on BFI's Teaching African Cinema kit. I tried
    Indiana UP and they said they don't distribute the kit. So I called the
    number of BFI publishing posted below; that's not the place to order from.
    If you want to order it, the quickest way is to call the distributor at
    01752 202 301. I just did that. The kit is 19.99, air mail is 7.39, so 27.38
    pounds, or about $45.00 at the current exchange rate. I used VISA.
