The East Lansing Film Festival will be taking place from
March 25-28, 1999, in E. Lansing, Michigan. The festival
organizers are very interested in presenting either first
films or new films by African American filmmakers. If you
wold like to have your work considered, visit their website
for details at elff.com. The $15 fee will be waived.
