FROM LYN'S JOURNAL

	I feel bad that I didn't defend Bob when Edie picked on
	him.  I know Edie was hurting about her job, still I 
	should have tried to stop her.
	She says herself she only lights into people she really cares for.
	It's okay that she wants us to be more than we are; I want that,
	too.  But sometimes it's like she wants us to be more than we
	can be.  I don't really try to earn her approval anymore, but her
	disapproval still bothers me.
