While trapped inside the tomb Ehab wrote more records. Small people who appeared took notes away before leaving. Many events recorded from memory. Harkhuf wanted death early, so not to be stuck forever inside tomb. Small people took (chissel, knife), brought (short staff). Small people appeared in chamber while cutters were in gallery. Kagemni thinks from air ducts. Ehab says that Ra does not make people that small. Small people looked at cutters with small green, red, and blue eyes; hands with (bowls, nails) on them. Scary but then calming.

Harkhuf actually considered suicide. Who are these small people? Ehab describes an object that can only be literally translated as "short staff". When I asked Everett if any short tools were found among the artifacts he kindly drew me a picture and invited me over to his university to 'play with it'. How sick is that? Somehow I doubt it was really what was found in the quarry. Hany still thinks the tool was use to stir a concrete-like mixture.
