As Communication Officer worked on the preparation of the Pakistan National Conservation Strategy (PNCS), a major cross-sectoral national policy review for sustainable development which has now been adopted by the government of Pakistan as its official environmental policy.
Authored the PNCS Strategy for Environmental Communication.
Devised and implemented a communication strategy for sustainable development, inter-acted with international/donor agencies, assisted in research, costing and documentation of PNCS and drafted chapters on Environmental Education, Legislation, Institutional Development and Communication.
On the panel of authors of the National Report on Environment and Development, submitted by the government of Pakistan to the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED).
