The students in front of the Ryokan Hiraiwa.

This temple is the seat of a big branch of Japanese budhism.

A night at Enryaku-ji

Michelle, Darren, and Emery nap on our way out of Kyoto.

We rode up the mountain in a cable car.

Then we took a lift to the top of the mountain.

At the top we found out we needed to walk through the woods for 2km before reaching the temple complex.

Which way to go?!

As we arrive we find we are expected!

We all have a nice meal after Onsen and donning our Yukatas.
