Send outgoing zephyrs using zwrite.

This file provides a helper function, zsend_zwrite(), that allows outgoing zephyrs sent via zout_send() to use the zwrite program. This is the ``normal'' way to send zephyrs without interfacing to the zephyr libraries directly.
