Cancellation Policy
Anyone who prepays a registration fee and then has to cancel for whatever reason PRIOR TO THE START OF THE MEETING will have their registration fee refunded minus $50 to cover administrative costs. No refund will be made if a cancellation is not received prior to the start of the meeting. Requests for cancellation must be received via e-mail: tanner@lpi.jsc.nasa.gov or by phone (281-486-2142). Refunds will take approximately six to eight weeks. Harbor-Cruise Banquet tickets are nonrefundable.
