MEETING REGISTRATION Registration will begin on Sunday evening, July 27, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Boston Museum of Science. Registration will resume on Monday morning, July 28, at 7:30 a.m. on the MIT campus at the Johnson Center, which will serve as the poster/exhibit hall and coffee-break site. Registration will be available at the Johnson Center until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The DPS Committee has instituted several new registration categories, including the option for one-day registration. You may preregister for the one-day rate, with the meeting day of attendance specified at the time of arrival. The deadline for receipt of preregistration at the Lunar and Planetary Institute is June 20, 1997. Registrations received after this date will have a $50 late charge added to the fee. The downloadable preregistration form should be completed and mailed with your payment in U.S. dollars to the Lunar and Planetary Institute. Checks should be made payable to the Lunar and Planetary Institute and must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Participants registering by credit card can use the electronic registration form posted on the Web site (all other forms of payment must be made by mail). Participants from foreign countries who have currency exchange problems may indicate on the preregistration form that payment will be made in U.S. dollars at the meeting.
