Electron-Ion Collider Collaboration Meeting

Participants are asked to arrange their own accommodation. The following are a few suggestions for your convenience.

Within 5 miles of Stony Brook is The Three Village Inn featuring a "taste of New England" in historic Stony Brook village. The organizers have arranged a rate of $139/night including breakfast for 6-7 December (please mention the EIC Collaboration Meeting at Stony Brook or Stony Brook Physics Department when making your reservation). A shuttle bus to SBU is available.

The organizers have also reserved a block of rooms for 6-8 December at the Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook for $129/night including breakfast (please mention the EIC Collaboration Meeting at Stony Brook or Stony Brook Physics Department when making your reservation). This is just a short drive away though a shuttle bus is available as well.

Other choices for accommodation include:

• Danfords on the Sound nestled in the heart of historic Port Jefferson providing quality accommodations, many with harbor views, or
• Marriot Residence Inn in Holtsville, or
• Radisson also in Holtsville.
• some rooms have also been reserved at Brookhaven National Laboratory in the dormitories, women's guest house, and in the BNL guest house. Note this is only available for people who have access to the BNL site. A shuttle between BNL and SBU is available 3 times per day but may not be convenient for the meeting schedule so private transportation is recommended. When making reservation at BNL mention that it is for the EICC meeting at SBU.
