Learning the IT Ropes
Applications and Desktop Services (ADS) supports the administrative IT infrastructure for Facilities. Responsibilities include the local area network and enterprise applications such as Maximo, Kronos, SAP, and PPL. ADS is also responsible for custom application and report development.
Facilities employees may use the web-based Help Desk (certificate required) to request help with supported equipment, applications, network, and internet.
