Putting Into Words a Major Accomplishment
To acknowledge a colleague's achievement, use the relevant form (below); and in detail, narrate the instance which prompted the person or team’s nomination.
There are several ways for you to send in a nomination: You can:
Fill out the online form; download the MSWord document and either complete it electronically, or fill it in by hand and send it via interdepartmental mail to the Department of Facilities Human Resources area in NE49-2100.
Paper copies of the forms are also available in team rooms throughout the department.
Pursuit of Excellence
The awards are given out quarterly.
Infinite Mile
The awards are given out annually.
Team Achievement
No nomination form required. Celebrations may be held at any time during the year, ideally soon after the team's achievement.
Simply send an email to dof-rr@mit.edu with the names of all participants and a brief reason for the celebration
