Green Cleaning Program on Campus

Custodial Services knows that there are many benefits to an active, green cleaning program: protecting workers’ health, improving the Earth’s ecosystem and reducing costs. Richard Fennell uses an Eco Floor Scrubber to clean the first floor lobby of Building E52. The Eco Floor Scrubber uses a positive (alkaline) and negative (acid) electrical charge interaction to clean floors without soap. It uses 70% less water than other scrubbers and is safer, too, since it leaves the floor dry, not wet.
