SCIENTIFIC PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT

For each subproject please provide:

1.   DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES
(see example below)
a.    Title of Project

b.    Keywords (e.g. - specific diseases, disorders, methods, processes, test organisms, etc.)

c.    Scientific Code (see AXIS I and AXIS II codes listed below under "NCRR Scientific Classification").   Assign at least one and no more than six codes from both AXIS I and AXIS II.   Be as specific as possible when using codes with sub-breaks, e.g. carbohydratemetabolism should receive 74a, not 74 alone.

d.    Investigator Information provide the following for each scientist: Full Name (last, first, middle initial) Highest Academic degree Affiliation:   Department and institution

e.    Abstract   300-400 words, 1 1/2 line spacing One a separate page, provide the following information:

2.    SOURCES OF SUPPORT
For each investigator: Organization (or Agency); Grant/Contract No. (for each ).

3.   TRAINING
Estimate the number of hours of spectrometer time spent teaching (e.g. students, new users) and identify trainee(s) by name .

4.   PUBLICATIONS
List all articles, book chapters and abstracts not previously reported that resulted from use of the NMR Facility. Note with an asterisk (*) those publications in which the NMR Facility (NIH Grant No. EB002026 or RR-00995) was acknowledged.
