About

Hi, I’m Jerry Wang! I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering and Computation at MIT, where I am a U.S. Department of Energy Computational Science Graduate Fellow (CSGF). I'm originally from Chicago.

My research interests are in computational nanoscale mechanics and materials science... you can learn more here. In my free time, I enjoy being an amateur (but enthusiastic) aerial photographer. These pictures were all taken with DJI drones on flights with my frequent photographical co-conspirators,
N. P. Demas and R. C. Kurchin.

If you enjoyed these pictures, or have any ideas for cool places to fly...
