Halcyon DAC

Purpose

The Halcyon DAC was meant to be a submodule of the Rapture Audio System. I had intended it as a project that could be built in a reasonable time frame. It also was an excuse to experiment with DSP and get into the digital audio side of things, which would be required for the Rapture project.
