Profile Generator and PD objects

• Activity groups and structural authorizations can be maintained user independent and are inherited to a holder of a position.
• Additional necessary actions:
  • active integration between PA and PD
  • maintain infotype 0105 (communication) for each position holder in personnel master data
  • run report RHPROFl0 to create authorization profile assignments for users within an organizational structure.
• Activity groups can also be assigned to a position starting from PD.
  • Activity groups are interpreted as a type of task.
