August 2018: We are implementing a new conference room reservation system called Skedda. This addresses many issues with the former system, including consolidating all rooms in one system, eliminating double booking, and ensuring courses get first priority.

Timeline

Monday, August 6th: The former conference room reservation system is closed to new reservations. It remains available with view only access during the transition. If you need to book a conference room, please contact imes-reservations@mit.edu or stop by the IMES 3rd floor reception.

Monday, August 6th through Thursday, August 9th: The administrative team transfers all existing reservations to the new system.

Thursday, August 9th: Skedda goes live for new reservations.

Access

View only: Everyone can view Skedda and room availability.

View and Book: Administrative Assistants and Administrative Staff, Skedda Administrators, and IMES faculty who request Skedda accounts will have access to view and book reservations. In addition, you can contact imes-reservations@mit.edu or stop by the IMES 3rd floor reception to make a reservation.

Administrators: Windy Pham, Julie Greenberg, Traci Anderson, Joe Stein, and Erin Edwards have full access to Skedda and can assist you with adjusting reservations, making reservations more than 90 days in advance, and reserving the Innovation Space.

If you think you should have View and Book access, please contact imes-reservations@mit.edu

For more information . . .

Please visit the IMES website at http://imes.mit.edu/about/conference-room/ for additional information and the Skedda link. This includes a page with E25 conference room descriptions, the conference room policy, and the conference room calendar.

Questions and Feedback

If you have any questions or feedback, please contact contact imes-reservations@mit.edu, stop by the IMES 3rd floor reception, or contact one of the Administrators.
