Room & Equipment Reservations
There are several spaces in IMES that are available for reservation by individuals and the MIT community. IMES and HST affiliated events will always take priority. These rooms are for administrative use only, so if you would like to reserve a room for a class please contact the MIT Schedules Office (email@example.com; 617-253-4788).
To reserve the following IMES spaces, please click on the links to the left for the room you wish to reserve. Once you have opened up the calendar reservation page, please click on the date on which you wish to make a reservation and fill out the information accordingly. Please cc firstname.lastname@example.org when you make a reservation. Reservations made with less than 24 hours notice are not guaranteed unless confirmed directly with email@example.com or in person at the E25-330 reception desk.
Please Note: For all room reservations, if you will be bringing in food and beverages or re-arranging the space in any way, you will be responsible for resetting the space and contacting facilities to clean the space afterward your meeting concludes.
