Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series) Prereq: MIT Hobby Shop membership Fee: 150.00 for materials for speakers Save 60-80% on the cost of comparable commercial loudspeakers by making your own. For beginners, the course will cover loudspeaker design and construction. No audio engineering background needed, it includes introduction to crossover filter design, selection of speakers, how to build enclosures, etc. Class includes 4 evening lectures with the speakers built in the Hobby Shop during regular hours, 10am-6pm, Mon.-Fri..
