Don't wait for spring to enjoy spring flowers. We will show you how to plant flowers for your own windowsill (need access to a refrigerator). Covers bulb types, planting and care. Leave with 3 pots of bulbs. $20 materials fee. Sign up in advance by Dec. 11th at The Source, Student Center, x2-1994.
