The MIT Korean Karate Club practices Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do. We emphasize strong kicks, punches and blocks, with speed and control. Tae Kwon Do is a great way to work out, improve flexibility, build confidence, and relieve stress. It can also be a potent self-defense. No experience is necessary; everyone is welcome.
