Web-based training (WBT) is also referred to as on-line learning, or just-in-time training. It consists of modularized training courses, available over the web, anytime of the day or night, 365 days a year. MIT has signed a license to allow 1000 members of the MIT community to take advantage of WBT offered through Element K. Come see wht this is all about.
