The Alexander Technique will help you to learn to move with ease and efficiency. Experience a naturally coordinated state while sitting, standing and walking. Understand the organizing principles that allow the back to support us as we move. Computer operators, musicians, singers, RSI patients, athletes, chronic pain suffers -- all might benefit from this technique.
