Many of us often feel overwhelmed with the complexity of meeting life's demands and somewhat unfulfilled at the "pay off" for such effort. This talk will address the notion that our outer world is a mere reflection of our inner world. The talk will also explore ways to simplify and balance both inner and outer worlds and redirect our energies toward a more meaningful way of life.
