24-Form Yang Style Tai Chi: Basics and Background

Prereq: Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes

Tai Chi Chuan ("Grand Ultimate Boxing") in the US is primarily taught as a tool for health and relaxation, but is also an extraordinary martial style. In these sessions you will learn the 24-form "competition" set of Yang style TaiChi, with a background explanation of each form describing the fighting application that it models.
