IAP 2004 Activity

Ideas into Income: How Leaders of Technology Businesses Can Improve the Odds That They Survive and Thrive
Cancelled
Michael Davies
Wed Jan 21, 09am-04:00pm, E51-145

Enrollment limited: first come, first served
Limited to 45 participants.
Single session event

This session will provide aspiring leaders with tools and techniques for the practice of strategic management. Although it will build on particularly relevant theories, its focus will be on pragmatic approaches that enable leaders to figure out which theories are relevant, how the pieces of the puzzle fit together, where to focus their attention, and how to build a shared understanding with key individuals across the business. These kinds of tools enable senior managers to anticipate what the future may hold, to make smart decisions, and to get timely and cost effective execution though both stable and turbulent times.
