Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Learn the basic movements of Tai Chi in a relaxed and comfortably paced class. This gentle form of exercise works on joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The slow, fluid movements of Tai Chi will rejuvenate your body and engage your mind. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Participants are encouraged to attend all four classes. 1/9 and 1/16 will be held in E25-117, 1/23 and 1/30 will be held in E25-111.
