This introductory class utilizes a gentle approach to yoga, incorporating breathing and relaxation exercises, traditional yoga postures, therapeutic stretching, and an emphasis on proper body alignment. This class is sure to soothe your aching back, shoulders, and mind. Mats provided, wear comfortable clothing.
