Fee: 75.00 for Reg.
For athletes of all levels who want to improve their fitness and cycling ability in a challenging and motivating environment. Led by a Triathlon Olympic Trials competitor, workouts include technique, aerobic base, stamina, speed, and racing strategies. Each class will cover specific areas of training for cycling and triathlon competition. Limit of 11 participants.
