 Isshinryu Karate-do is a traditional form of Okinawan karate.  Our club emphasizes form and technique, as well as individual physical and mental development.  We are a small club offering lots of personalized instruction.  Please wear comfortable exercise clothes such as sweats and a t-shirt.  See the URL for more details.
