James Witkoskie

My research concerns extracting information from complex single molecule experiments through the use of Bayesian statistics, information criteria, and maximum entropy methods. I have also studied applications of various random walk and diffusion processes to chemical and biological systems. My research interests also include Monte Carlo/Molecular Dynamics simulations, neural networks, and digital Kalman filtering.
