もっぱら　"entirely; wholly; solely; exclusively; devotedly"

１。　いくつかの例外を除いてダイアモンドはもっぱら南アフリカで採れる。
　　　いくつかのれいがいをのぞいてダイアモンドはもっぱらみなみアフリカでとれる。
　　　With a few exceptions, diamonds are almonst all from South Africa.
　
２。　料理をするのが嫌いなので、食事はもっぱら外食である。
　　　りょうりをするのがきらいなので、しょくじはもっぱらがいしょくである。
　　　Since I don't like to cook, I eat out all the time.
　　　
３。　準備にもっぱら時間を費やしたわりには、あまりいい発表ができなかった。
　　　じゅんびにもっぱらじかんをつやしたわりには、あまりいいはっひょうができなかった。
　　　Although I devoted my time to preparation, the presentation did not go too well.

４。　佐藤さんは仕事が大変忙しく、平日は読書をする暇などないので、休みの日はどこにも行かずにもっぱら本を読んでいるそうだ。
　　　さとうさんはしごとがたいへんいそがしく、へいじつはどくしょをするひまなどないので、やすみのひはどこにもいかずにもっぱらほんをよんでいるそうだ。
　　　Ms. Sato is so busy with her jobs that she has no time for reading during the week days, therfore, she does not go anywhere on weekends and spends all her time in reading books.
