Introduction Coursework Schedule CV Research

I'm an alumna of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a private, four-year university located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I majored in Course 7 (Biology), although I took classes in Course 6 (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science) and minored in Course 21M (Music and Theater Arts, specifically Music/Composition). I grew up in Massachusetts. I lived in Random Hall, a tightly knit community of people, cats, and computers.

I graduated in June of 2007 and started graduate school in the fall of 2008 to pursue a Ph.D. in Biology, more specifically evolutionary genetics of floral traits affecting pollinator choice and reproductive isolation, at the University of Washington.
