Instructions for Workshop Proceedings

Proceedings submission deadline is Friday, May 31.

You must submit a signed paper copy of the Transfer of Copyright Agreement in order for your contribution to be published. You may download a copy from the link provide. Copies will also be available at the Registration Desk on the day of registration. If not done at that time, you can print, sign, and mail the PDF included on the USB drive.

Late submissions have a high probability of being excluded from the proceedings.

The Proceedings for the Workshop will be published by the American Institute of Physics as part of their Conference Proceedings series.

The page limits are 8 pages for plenary talks and 4 pages for parallel session talks. Speakers who are member of larger collaborations can include links to posted full collaboration author lists.

Submissions should be emailed as PDF attachments or zip file to pebworkshop@mit.edu. Please send only the files unique to your contribution, not the files supplied by AIP.

Note that the Workshop proceedings will use the 8x11 single column format.
