HOUSING CLOSED; HOTEL ROOMS SOLD OUT

The venue for this year’s joint meeting, at the Hilton Waikoloa, is the same as for the 2009 meeting and is located just 18 miles north of the Kona International Airport.

Hotel reservations for Hawaii 2014 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village must be made through Complete Conference Coordinators, Inc. using the following link

Complete Conference Coordinators, Inc. has negotiated a very favorable rate for the meeting.  (This is the prevailing government rate for fiscal year 2015, which will be established late in fiscal year 2014. In addition, the $25 resort fee will not be charged to Hawaii 2014 participants.)

It is near a shopping center (Queen's Market - $2 trolly ride from Hilton lower lobby) with several restaurants, food court, and a grocery store. Note that the nearer King's Shops are higher priced and have no food court.
