I have a long to-do list for Thokbook, but here are some of the more important item on it:
First, a Web Interface.
The biggest thing that is missing from Thokbook is a GUI. Right now there is just a command-line interface, which is fine for testing, but not for users. My current plan is to write a simple CGI-based interface.
Second, support for other databases. Based on demand, I'll add support for other databases, as long as they have a DBI module.
Third, support for non-Unix operating systems. That is to say, Windows.
Fourth, support for other types of media like CDs, DVDs, and Videos.
I'd like to keep track of my CDs and movies, so I plan to add support for them as well :-)
Lastly, better data sources.
Future versions of Thokbook may support importing information from many different sources, and from different types of sources.
