- Alcohol abuse or other additions
- Emotional distress, including stress, anxiety, and depression
- Marital or family issues
- Other personal problems that might compromise employee
effectiveness
You can download the Personal Assistance Program brochure for more information.
How It Works
- You can call 617-253-4911 to schedule a confidential phone
or in-person appointment.
- A clinician will provide an assessment and evaluation.
- If necessary, you or your family member will be referred
to an outside resource.
Costs
There are no costs for the Personal Assistance Program services.
Fees charged by MIT Medical or outside agencies for referral
services may or may not be covered by your employee health
plan. If not, we will make every effort to refer you to affordable
services.
