Fall Beginner Classes
Stop by on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Sept. 6&8) from 7-8:30 and Sunday (Sept. 11) from 5:30-7 for a beginner lesson. Members of all belt colors will be at practice, but classes will be geared towards fundamentals and taught at a gentler pace. To get here, see Directions. No experience necessary! Just show up in comfortable exercise clothing.
