Haeraan discovers that there are a couple more serious gem like things under the dragon. He's pretty heavy though, so we can't get them. There's a big red one, and a big green one, and a strange dark one.

The dragon blood is etching stuff into the rock.

Oathar and Kyrik go back to Selkai to get the Grandmaster Leatherworker and has him prepare an expidition to deal with the dragon. Then they have to get a master miner to arrange ventilation advice, so the leather workers don't all suficate on the acidic fumes. It's very complicated.

Rumors spread throughout Selkai, and a crowd begins to gather at the leatherworkers guild. Leather workers bring piles of equipment, so we need to move one of the teleport platforms to Selkai and the dragon cave.

We negotiate a simple 50/50 split.

They drain the blood into vats and the like and start cutting it apart. Most of the guild is working on it. It's quite an operation.

During it, we recover Haeraan's stuff. A dozen small gems 50gp each. 1 500 gp emerald, 1 500gp ruby, 1 black diamond. It could probably be improved by cutting it a further time. Probably worth about 2500gp now.

Haeraan and Kyrik request dragon scale shields (Full, inate +!5 DB, +15DBRR fire, +5 E/C/M RR). Imre wants dragon scale cloak (+20DB, +20 DBRR fire, +5 E/C/M RR). We request 5 dragon scale scroll cases (+30 RRDB fire). Alynna wants a dragon scale belt (+5 DB, +10 DBRR fire, +5 E/C/M RR). After all that, they give us 3,200 gp cash to call it even. Plus a pile of non-combat relevant dragon boots.

Harry and Sally manage to get about 2,000gp for organs and the like.

We have the horn made into a bugle. Can be heard 2d10 miles, and gives bonuses to leadership, morale, communications, etc.

After a while, we manage to get rid of everyone, and then we sleep for the night. On first watch, "they come". Kyrik and Imre see the glowing eyes in the darkness. they strike! Type three demons everywhere. Gah. Those of us asleep get totally brutalized. Imre awakes in a rage and casts MASS BLACK CHANNELS. The poor demons. The dragon skeleton crumbles to dust and the carcass dissolves away. Stalagtites fall from the ceiling, the earth trembles. 11 demons fall over burst into flame and vanish. Kyrik chops one. Only 3 left. The remaining demons flee! Flee, as if Imre himself were chasing them. Which he wants to. But he stays with us instead.

We wall up the small caverns to demon land and put each other back together.

We patch ourselves up and teleport directly to the Tovor town square with the dragon head. We impress the townfolk and then talk to the mayor. He rewards us for slaying the dragon. We give the credit to the Baron of Santa Vallandra. There will be a reward ceremony for us tomorrow.

We head to get the baron of Santa Vallandra. We tell him to show up tomorrow and promise a festival.

Imre and Oathar go to sleep in Santa Vallandra, while Kyrik, Alynna, and Haeraan head back to Sel Kai to buy a portable festival. They get Divad of the CBSK to run things.

Alynna buys us some bards from Selkai. Haeraan raids all the bakery's in Sel Kai.

Our emergency ninja festival goes off. Divad thinks we're getting a little more breakage among the mugs and stuff than is usual. Sigh, there's a lot of mug breakage.

The party goes so well during the day. At noon the mayor presents us with an award for slaying the dragon. He shakes our hand and the crowd cheers. The reqard of 1000gp to the party. We take the phat sack of gold. Alynna introduces our baron "who made all of this possible". James comes us and makes a good speech. "We the people of Santa Vallandra have long supported those innocent and brave populaces of our neighbors. We are glad to have provided this aid to you and as a further benefit of this he donates the money to the people of Tovor!" The mayor makes one last attempt to cut in, and the band cuts him off.

James bribes the mayor with 1700gp.

The party is an absolute success, and lasts another day.
