Haeraan is off on his honeymoon.

The rest of us decide to check out the jewel well at our weapon's facility to see how many shots we get. But first, Imre decides to go research the possibility that we are being scryed upon. He goes to Veriak, but his researches do not make him a happier fellow. Apparently no one is scrying us now, but if they started to, there'd be little we could do about it.

Also, Veriak tells him to say hi to mother. This makes Imre all paranoid, so he makes a divination roll to find out where he'll be seeing mother. When he's dead.

We all start rushing about fussing with things.

Orhan 2 Day 13 TE 6065

We hear that the price on our heads has doubled to 20,000 gp each.

We try and figure out a good way to discomfit the Ardanians, but nothing comes to mind. Several 5v5 grudge matches of us versus the general staff are proposed, but no one is really happy with it...

Oathar pays Veriak to investigate the night of the thrid moon happening where the Lorgalis fleet is going. He parts the veils of time.

We go to ask Luna's father. He gives us the precise location of the night of the third moon, it's a couple hours sort of affair.

Orhan 2 Day 14 TE 6065

Kyrik goes to Rakhan to "put his affairs in order". Like, for instance, generating an heir.

Imre goes looking for a really good con artist. Divad could probably arrange it, but meeting underworld figures could be tricky, give the price on our heads. Divad thinks he can arrange it in a couple of days.

Orhan 2 Day 15 TE 6065

Oathar goes to talk to Neela, but she's quite busy. She says she'll take care of it if he dies though, no worries. Alynna passes the super spiffy first flute ever played by a linaer to her niece.

Orhan 2 Day 17 TE 6065

We go get Haeraan from his honeymoon. But Jack won't tell us where he is.

Eventually Imre gets it out of him and Alynna goes in to break the news to him.

He says he'll ask for dreams and Luna will consult with the stars and we should come back tomorrow.

Dreams:

1. Night of the third moon, what's up with that? Well, he dreams about a tribe of monkeys, doing their monkey things. Then they go to a waterhole, and another tribe comes along and they fight each other. Later on, the driven off tribe is in the desert, and there's a big black obelisk with Charon above it. Then the monkeys touch the obelisk and pick up bones and go back and drive off the first tribe. Above it is the monolith and Charon.
2. Is he going to die? The five of us are on a tandem bicycle for five. We're riding along arguing about everything. We come to a corer and turn and in front of us is Lorgalis. As we approach Lorgalis, a car comes out of a side street and rams us. Lorgalis cheers.

Luna says the stars say that something has already come down to interfere with us. Pesky. Though the stars also say don't worry, be happy.

Orhan 2 Day 19 TE 6065

Imre checks with Veriak to see if we are being scryed on right now. We teleport to the superweapon control room. For some reason, Oathar bounces. The rest of them arrive at the place with five or six other people. They notice that of the five guys up there, three of them are in space marine uniforms. One is a leader type with a blaster pistol. One is a steel golem with a BFG. There's a flagpole with two flags, with the brotherhood of the holy word and a starburst symbol.

Oathar bounces again. Combat ensues. The leader draws his pistol. Alynna sweeps him and it bounces off of his kinetic armor. Kyrik attacks the golem. We attack the golem (space marine in powered armor; it takes a few points. Haeraan stuns one of the worker guys. The two unarmed guys bring their wrists up and shout into them in their weird language.
